Get motivated. Get new sneakers. Find a new route. Anything that makes YOU want to run. If you don't want to personally, don't. AND HAHAHA, my hands are the WORST. Carry golf balls/small stress balls/bouncy balls and just grip. Obviously not too tight, but it adjusts your hand position so you don't have a choice. Good luck and have fun! :)
